Advertorials
These are designed for local businesses, particularly new businesses to gain a larger media space than they would necessarily be able to afford. This is because contributing companies that have an affinity with the business, fund the cost of the media space. The more ads you can bring on board, the less the cost of the space.
The whole space is themed according to your logo and design guidelines with use of background colour to mount the whole space, to ensure maximum impact on the page.

For the cheapest classified ads in Wanaka you can email your ad to admin (at) thewanakasun.co.nz or drop into Wanaka Pharmacy on Helwick Street.
Classifieds are only $5 for 20 words and $10 for 40 words.
All copy must be received by Monday 12noon, the week of publication

Advertising specs
We can accept finished artwork files in the following formats - Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS, JPG or TIF. Files need to be at least 300dpi and CMYK. We cannot make changes to finished artwork supplied files.
Advertisments supplied in Word usually have to be remade.
It is the suppliers responsibility to ensure that they have all relevant permissions and copyright to use the finished artwork or advertisment supplied for use by the Wanaka Sun.
Deadlines
Display Advertising Book space by 12pm Friday. If ad is to be made up, material must be with us by 5pm Friday. All proofing to be complete by 12 noon on Monday. If you supply PDF, EPS, JPG or PUB finished advert then the deadline for receipt of material is 12noon Monday.
Classified Advertising Line ads to Unichem Pharmacy, Helwick St or the Wanaka Sun offices in Spencer House by 12noon Monday.
Display Classified Deadlines for display classifieds are the same as run of paper display advertising. |
